Local business woman Natalie Ridsdale has successfully received funding from the Isles of Scilly Voucher Scheme to get her mobile bridal hair & beauty business up and running.
Natalie has been in the hair and beauty industry for over 12 years and noticed a gap in the market to provide a full bridal hair, make up and beauty service to wedding parties on the islands. The service will cover all of the islands travelling to any venue to provide for your wedding day needs.
‘The Voucher Scheme funding has helped me to set up my business and purchase high end quality professional products and tools so that I can offer the very best to my clients, without the funding I would not have been able to get the business going as quickly or even at all due to the high set up costs. The process was daunting at first but the Voucher Scheme team were really supportive and made the process a lot easier for me. It's a fantastic opportunity for people living on the islands to do something that they have always wanted to do and I'm so grateful for the help. I am so looking forward to helping lots of lovely brides and their parties on their special day'
Since receiving the funding Scilly Bridal Hair and Beauty is now open for business and is looking forward to the forthcoming 2017 wedding season.
